As an Expoint Client Advisor, you will provide exemplary service to customers by proactively managing customer relationships and sales activities. You will work with customer inquiries to develop practical solutions, understand customer needs, and collaborate with team members to meet customer requirements. You will also be responsible for engaging customers through phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person consultative meetings, as well as overseeing customer responses and feedback.
